"The clients and making people feel good about themselves was extremely rewarding."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I worked for Christopher previously. He was a very nice man, and it is very possible that he still is. When I worked for him he just opened the doors to his own salon after a failed attempt with a partner. So I understand and forgive him. If I were going on a interview I would be confident, but don't out shine him."

What don't you like about working at Christopher Anthony Salon?

"Being told the work that I did could be done by someone else for the same amount of money. I worked 80+ hours a week for $250/week. Originally I worked 40 for the same amount, but as a favor I took over the other assistant job so she could get her visa. During that period, Christopher did not raise my pay. He merely told me I know what it's like to be the dark one"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Personally, I would treat all of my employees equal. I wouldn't judge someone by there racial background, or gang up on people trying really hard"
