"I love the job duties but not worth the emotional trauma I've had to endure!"

What do you like about working at Chiro One Wellness Centers?

"Having 3 day weekends, receiving complimentary chiropractic adjustments and spending time with the patients."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Biggest tip I can give anyone is to not even bother unless you need a short-term fix to an unemployment problem. Don't expect to make any money or further your career with this company."

What don't you like about working at Chiro One Wellness Centers?

"Horrible salary for people with Bachelors Degrees and Radiology Certifications, absolutely no career growth potential, can't be sick unless you know 24 hours in advance, can't take time off unless you know over 2 weeks in advance (and even then it may not be approved), can't trust your co-workers or your supervisors, patients and insurance companies are scammed (not by ALL the chiropractors though...some are VERY thorough with their personal treatment plans, prescribed x-rays, recommended therapies and general chiropractic adjustments of the patients), no one at corporate listens to your concerns or answers your questions, extreme employee turnover, chiropractic technicians pretty much do ALL the work except circle a few boxes on some paperwork, sign their name as a chiropractor on the paperwork and do the 5 minute chiropractic adjustments on the patients."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Pay the CTs better for all the work they do in keeping the clinics running smoothly and succeeding in getting new patients and keeping the current ones as well. Listen to people's concerns and answer their questions in a timely manner. Rethink the policy on needing 24 hours notice to be sick because who will really know if they are sick 24 hours in advance unless they are clearly making it up. When you find good employees, try to keep them and help them grow and succeed. Keep an inside watch on your chiropractor's methods, attitudes and behaviors not only with their staff but also their patients."

"I have never been treated so poorly in all my life."

What do you like about working at Chiro One Wellness Centers?

"3 day weekends, free chiropractic adjustments, talking with the patients"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I don't recommend even going through with it unless you are looking for a short-term position just to get by for awhile"

What don't you like about working at Chiro One Wellness Centers?

"the salary is horrible, the policies for sick days or time off are ridiculous, they don't pay you for all the time you are actually doing work, they don't allow their employees to live up to their full potential, they don't care about their employees, it's a cookie cutter assembly line of patients that don't receive individualized or personalized care"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"listen to your employees, share the wealth, personalize patient's treatment plans to their specific conditions and progress needs"
