"Don't expect to be compensated for the amount of work that you do."

"There are only three people in the Marketing department to begin with. My director is on maternity leave for three months and her assistant is on vacation for two weeks. I'm the entire department right now."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"There are far too many VPs. The directors of each department are fine on their own."
"Boarding patients instead of admitting them to floors made work very difficult."

"It was close to home, making commuting easy year round."

"No, as I am told that this company is in the process of laying off nurses."

"Boarding of patients in the ER when beds were available on nursing units made ER work very difficult."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Change the culture of the nursing department, to require nursing units take admissions within one hour of admission instead of being allowed to indefinitely delay taking admitted patients!"
