What do you like about working at Sundy House?
"boss was OK for a short period of time.."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"the company is good its just this property is a pain, you can never catch up, the took bonus away and have a very sad wage increase system trust me..."
What don't you like about working at Sundy House?
"property needs lots of help its run down...calling me 4/5 times a night, and 10 or more times on the weekend. such as calling me to pick up 400lsb of ice on the weekend, by my self knowing I live 20 miles away. no thanks for the extreme covering of there behind."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"listen to your staff more, don't get wrapped up in your paycheck and bonus. don't drink so much and come to work hung over in a bad mood..."

"This was a great chance to build a strong Engineering Team."

"Be ready to work a lot of hours and some weekends."

"The downside was all the HR requirements... I have to do 2 interviews (outside my department) a week."

"I wish managers would give priorities, and then check with me how much workload I have."

What do you like about working at TRANSWESTERN Commercial Real Estate?
"Everything. The company is first class. They invest in their employees especially when an employee wishes to better themselves. Management from the Regional president down will know you, greet you and call you by name even if they only see you once a year. My manager was extraordinary. He taught me many things, gave me autonomy to run my building, offered advice, respectful and honest when I was wrong, a good working relationship and a good friend"

"Be confident, honest and when hired.. always do your best and good things will come"

"Nothing. What I don't like is not working for them anymore."

"Be prepared to work 7 days a week with high frustration."

"I didn't like taking short cuts which short changed the customer and damaged the quality reputation of the company to save money."

"Cost savings won't save the company. Only profits from great products will..."

What do you like about working at SulphCo?
"Working on projects from the initial brief, through the design and development stage, to the testing of one or more prototypes, right through to final manufacture and implementation."
What don't you like about working at SulphCo?
"I had too many people offering the verbal suggestions but only two people got involved with the mechanical application(s)."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To hire more people that can apply the technology in its infancy stages of development to real time applications."

What do you like about working at Mercury Marine?
"The people at MerCruiser and the people of Oklahoma were great people and had great values. It was a great place to be rewarded for ideas and efforts until the business downturn."
What don't you like about working at Mercury Marine?
"The company was nor as competitive as it needed to be in the Marine Market. Its market share went down considerably in a short period of time . Stern drives from 80% to Mid 50s in 5 years and engines form 130,000 per year to 70,000 also in the 5 years. They will be lucky to make 15,000 engines in 2009"

"You must compete to grow and not rest on past accomplishments and sales records."
