What do you like about working at Lake Las Vegas?
"I am no longer working at LLV. I enjoyed the changing work environment. The former CEO was a dynamic individual. I had many unique opportunities to grow while working at LLV."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Unfortunately this question isn't applicable with the company winding down operations."
What don't you like about working at Lake Las Vegas?
"I really didn't enjoy the bankrupcty process and the layoffs that were involved. From an accounting perspective I learned a lot during the process but it was a tough time for all involved."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The company is actually winding down operations and hindsight certainly is 20/20. The company was caught up in the Real Estate bubble and it is easy and difficult at the same time to state what could have been done better."

"The people are intellegent, fun, motivated and caring. Great environment. No micromanagement, ideas are encouraged."

"Since the company is sold to a Minn based company, there will likely be no interviews."
What don't you like about working at Insight Imaging?
"The prior management team from over 10 years ago built up so much debt that the company had to file BK to complete a prepackaged debt for equity swap. As a result, our new ownes sold us to a Minn based company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Strongly think out of the box to provide benefits that do not cost the company cash outflow, but still motivate the employees."

What do you like about working at Toyota?
"Big company with great benefits and an awesome campus. There is a dry cleaners, cafeteria, coffee shop, etc.... Very convenient."

"Do some reasearch on the Japanese culture. It has a significant impact on how the company operates."
What don't you like about working at Toyota?
"The Japanese culture is very different and is not as productive as you might think."

"Set short term goals and meet them. Spend money on technology."
