"Do not relocate to Fort Meyers. You will be stuck herewhen more layoffs come and terrible RE market.Lot's of old retirees. Terrible social life for young people coming from metro areas and small town atmosphere"

"Support your people, treat them better like the original Management did. Fire your HR team completely"

"The new management team doesn't understand the customer and doesn't have respect for people that have been in the company for many yrs."

"Walk the talk. If you say you are about work life balance...then be. If you say you are honest and creative, then inspire that in others and don't crush it out of the staff."

"My boss did not always give constructive criticism and I felt she was overly critical and nit-pickey at times"

"Listen to the people actually doing the work and not just management. Promote more from within and hire more people!"

"working most weekends being there later at night when lot of stores in mall closed worried about security"

"being able to set up a system for better scheduling in advance"

"A few things I would change: First of all, quit all of the sales promotions!!! Customers have learned that the meaner they are, the more they get. They are basically bargaining for their clothing. Secondly, let the call centers have Sundays and holidays off. Thirdly, stop the micromanaging! It's killing morale. At our call center, you are looked down on if you have a life outside Chico's, any health issues and can't work overtime every week. And lastly, please pay the bonuses that were promised."
