"I have the right combination of skills and experience for this position. For example, the job description says you need people with project management skills who can work well with people. I had the opportunity to be the General Manager at a local restaurant and an assistant manager at a local gym. In addition to this, I am concentrating on Project Management for my MBA degree. I am a quick learner, listener, and I am extremely coachable. Although I may not have the exact experience the company desires, I assure you I will learn the essential needs required and I will be an asset for the company for years to come. I obtained my undergraduate degree in civil engineering; however, I went back to obtain my MBA degree because I am seeking employment in a business/management field.
