"CHG is a great company for healthcare recruitment, and for the most part, allows autonomy and control to allow you to achieve as much as you want."
"Micromanaged, do not follow core values as they state. company morale extremely low."
"CHG Healthcare is a larger scale company, with over 2,000 employees, and has over 8 offices across the US with the option to work remotely. They have been in the medical staffing industry for over 40 years. Their compensation for recruiters is about average, and they have decent benefits."
"I’ve worked at CHG for 2.5 years and overall I’ve really enjoyed most everything about it. The one hold up I have is the compensation plans. I’ve been a top rep on my team since the day I was here and this past year I was given OTE of less than what I made last year (2020), at the same time, being asked to do about 20% more volume than the previous year. This simply makes me feel like they don’t value what I bring to the table, which is over $1,000,000 in profit a year."
"CHG is a fantastic company to work for - they value in putting people first."
"I have worked for CHG for almost 14 years and during my tenure I have found that CHG is very centered on people. CHG has gone from a company that was a pioneer to an industry leader all while making sure to keep the people’s best interests to guide the future of the company."
"Excellent company, fortune top 100 rating. Leadership heavy and low on technology development."
"CHG Healthcare is a great company to work for! I have worked here as a physician recruiter for the past 5 years. I absolutely love what I do! The company has great Core Values that we live by. Compensation is on point if you put the work in! Benefits are fantastic, and PTO is great as well! I've had great leaders who have helped me grow and thrive!"
"I've worked for Weatherby Healthcare since 2016 and have enjoyed my tenure overall. They display value in transparency, quality, and professionalism. They were pioneers in the locums industry but seem to have become complacent in regards to investing in technology to keep up with the competition. Solid benefits but slow adopting to market changes which impact everyone's bottom line."
"Overall this company is great! The people you work with are amazing and for the most part very genuine! The Solution Architecture group is lacking in experience and has a hard time making decisions especially when given a timeline which makes it difficult to develop features quickly especially when you are waiting for their decisions."
"CHG Healthcare has the great mantra of Putting People First! The executives and leaders all live this mantra. The leadership teams are very invested in their people's growth and development."
"Worked for NCHS for a short period"
