"Some operating companies are better then others. ITC is not that great of an OpCo to work for within Chevron. Managers here are 30+ years and they don't listen to new ideas or new people! They all think they know what/how the best way to do some is... total group think. No original thinking at all. The COE and senior leaders are spot on but middle managers and ITC managers... NOT."
