"This is a great place to work. Pay is good. The health benefits could be better, but overall I rate the organization a 5/5."

"Chenega GTW is a pretty good company and the management is wonderful. My supervisors put forth a lot of effort to ensure that their employees are heard and appreciated. Chenega GTW is a subsidiary of Chenega, which is basically a mess. Although the GTW team works very hard and makes great progress, Chenega's financial and HR departments are a joke, and funding for training and benefits is scarce."

"I was a Chenega/CASE, LLC employee for over 6 years. Chenega did a very good job taking care of me. Opportunities to advance were controlled by the customer, the Fort Monroe/Fort Eustis NEC. Still was granted the option of being Program Manager while still acting as Computer Equipment Specialist."

"Chenega Federal Systems was at the time an 8a wholly owned subsidiary to Chenega. It is now a small business extension and a new 8a has emerged. Chenega is a native American owned and operated company with great benefits and people. They have a family oriented well balanced work life plan and are very good at keeping you aware of corporate events. They lack mostly in looking within the company for emerging stars or promotions."

"I worked for Chenega Aerospace. I found it to be a company that was more focused on the dollar figure rather than the quality of their employees. Management lacked in communication skills and did not provide information to the employees."

"I have been with CTSC, LLC (a division of Chenega) since 2004, and as a whole the experience has been pleasant. Over the years though, with the changes throughout our contract and various other changes with benefits (health care, altered pay), the experience has been less than ideal. My direct supervisor has always been kind and supportive, the upper management has been lacking, either disconnected or ambivalent."

"Since employment in the mid-2000's the focus of the company went from an organization totally committed to the customer to one that was more concerned with the paperwork than the satisfaction. Being government controlled, employee input to enact change was non-existent. The supervision and co-workers are all dedicated, friendly, and cooperative but the process became the product, not the desire to satisfy the customer... and ultimately the reason the contract was altered and ultimately cancelled."

"I have worked for Chenega Logistics since May of 2012. Due to the economy they have had to revoke some of the benefits that were available to their employees. They are not the only company cutting corners."

"I have only been with the company for under 2 years and have not had a lot of contact with anyone other than occasional emails. I started slow and the HR staff were extremely helpful, local program managers changed just after hire and were very poor in contact. With the current slow down of the government support has been poor in all aspects of contact. They home page says they also support commercial services, have not attempted to reassign individuals to other possible work."

"Chenega Global LLC has been a great contractor to work for. They are generous with their rewards. They follow up on requests and needs. They pay promptly and generously. As far as a contract company, they have been the best I have worked for so far."
