Submit a Review"Working at APC as a chemist? It's seems the upper management wants to show that they are more powerful than God's creation. So, whenever science does not work, they just ask you to keep working as if nothing is wrong with it."
"I love chemicals testing, chemicals are used in several medicine manufacturing, innovative ideas to prepare phase transfer catalyst. I hate routine kind of work."
"Overall it depends on the work environment. The first two jobs I had though they were great learning experiences and helped me grow, I just felt miserable there. But the last job at Actavis Pharm I had an amazing time there and enjoyed it. Really wished it would have lasted longer but sadly they had to lay off people due to the Corona site shutting down."

"Do not apply for work in the QC chemistry lab until the senior quality assurance engineer currently in charge of the department is no longer there."

"Several people in management are untalented when it comes to motivating, disciplining, being equitable towards employees, and knowledge of the jobs being done by the people they manage."

"Come up with a better way to hire and train the people you put in charge of people and decisions, or hire more talented people to fast track into management."
