"Start looking for your next job immediately. They are a great place to learn, but did not pay well when I worked there. They have improved since."
What don't you like about working at Aldrich Chemical Co.?
"The poor attitudes of some of the older workers that seemed stuck there and felt like they did not want to see others treated better, pay wise, then they were when they first started."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I told them when I left Aldrich, that is why they will not rehire me. I told them to pay me better."
What do you like about working at Roche?
"The professionalism of my supervisors and peers. The nature of the work and the quality of the work environment. The corporate culture was focused on quality, education and growth (scientific and professional)."
What do you like about working at Kelly Services?
"It was a paycheck that allowed me to gain valuable career experience at Covidien/Mallinckrodt. It was Covidien I liked, not Kelly."

"Make sure you don't depend on the recruiter to do anything. They are in it for themselves, and act like you are intruding on them if you come to the office unannounced."
What don't you like about working at Kelly Services?
"The lack of involvement by the recruiters, no benefits, no vacation time; the recruiter had no interest in helping me find another position."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have SOME kind of interaction with your employees. I was placed, and not spoken to again unless I called them, until I was told my contract was not renewed on my last day, over 3 years later"

"The same advice I would give when interviewing with any company; be honest and crystal clear. Make yourself open to the employer and be very clear about what you need to make the work experience rewarding for you and your future."

"I can only speak for the one PPG plant I worked in, but based on it, I will never consider working for PPG Industries again. I cannot say this for any other employer for which I have ever worked. If your interview for PPG, keep in mind that you need to constantly be looking for other employment, even after PPG hires you."
What don't you like about working at PPG Industries?
"Incompetent Human Resources, petty office politics, lying and cheating facility manager, inept conclusion-jumping co-workers"

"Close down the Greensboro Business Park plant"
