"This is either a good beginning step after college or where you choose at the end of the career. If you are in your prime career years, look elsewhere unless working with the students is your main focus."

"Middle managers have unrealistic expectations of daily activities and seem to lose track of the big picture."

"Trust the employees, know what the daily guidelines are, have clearer expectations."

"the stress free week, easy work and very little micromanagement"

"overall very easy going people, nice and seem honest."
What don't you like about working at The Art Institutes?
"a bit un-organized, sometime no info or training. just learn as you go, then you get a phone call about messing something up that you did not know how to do."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"START a training program for faculty and adjunct that is more that a 3 hr orientation, make sure to train on hands with procedures. When starting programs make sure to come up with an outline and dated deadlines and make a clear program so it's understandable. Have at least a monthly meeting to discuss concerns and to do lists"
