"If you belong to a minority, don't bother to apply. Racial discrimination is rampant. If you have an accent or look different, your career is doomed. You may get the job, but the GM and their followers (low rank managers) will make sure you get burned and leave the company within a year! Cheesecake rocks!"

"My dislikes are: harassment, verbal abuse, no one cares, the lazy GM, and abusive behavior from the managers."

"Not one thing. The MIT Training was very poor and left a person guessing why they went to work for this company."

"Don't do it! But if you really want to sell out and go for the BMW, just interview with logic and be honest about how you would perform as a CHEESY MANAGER!!!"

"I dislike everything from the MIT Training, to the area directors who are so full of S---! Only if you are from the inside of this company do you have career advancement. All the front of house managers are overworked. The general managers lack real talent and education."

"To the corporate officers - you need to start with you. Do you walk the walk and talk the talk Then the ADOs - please stop covering your mistakes and weakness by your inability to perform at an honest level. To the GMs - just work and stop trying to figure out how to cheat the system! To the AGMs - stop trying to prove you are the next best thing and focus on the GUEST & your employees!"
