2.7When I started working for this company a year ago, it was the best job I'd ever had. I loved everything about it from the people to the resources we had and management was awesome. I started as a line cook and thought I'd do what they offered, which was to move to another position, so I became a prep cook. I originally liked working in the prep kitchen until, I rarely had what I needed to complete my ridiculously huge tasks and trouble getting a raise.
2.5I've been at the cheesecake Factory for 2 years. And I tell all the new people that if you're good with stress then this is the perfect job. Management is not good, communication is terrible and the employees they been there the longest doesn't get in trouble at all and pretty much get away with everything they want. It's like the restaurant has no rules. It's a shame. But jobs are hard to come by. So I just deal with it, sadly.

4The Cheesecake Factory was a good job work at through my college years, but the turnover of new people is very high. I think that the expectations are very demanding and this is a very high paced job, where there is no room for little mistakes. I think this is a good job to help pay for college tuition, but it would not be a reasonable job once you have the opportunity to move up in life.
