"Always stay positive and I always believe that managers should lead as an example. For example you have 2 kinds of parents. The ones that want their kids to do as they say and not as they do and you have the second ones who want their kids to do as they say and as well as what they do.Well a manager should be like the second parent I point out above. They should want their coworkers to do as they do and as well as what they task them to do. So the managers I believe need to work as hard if even harder as there coworkers and that alone with make your coworkers respect you and listen to how you tell them things should be done."
