4.1 As mentioned before, paying their employees the money they deserve. The time I worked there, I didn't get a raise until I resigned to go to school. I also currently met with a former employee who worked there for four years. He told me he never received a raise the entire 4 years when the regulations at the time entitled min. wage workers a raise after 6 months.

Always stay positive and I always believe that managers should lead as an example. For example you have 2 kinds of parents. The ones that want their kids to do as they say and not as they do and you have the second ones who want their kids to do as they say and as well as what they do.Well a manager should be like the second parent I point out above. They should want their coworkers to do as they do and as well as what they task them to do. So the managers I believe need to work as hard if even harder as there coworkers and that alone with make your coworkers respect you and listen to how you tell them things should be done.
