"As mentioned before, paying their employees the money they deserve. The time I worked there, I didn't get a raise until I resigned to go to school. I also currently met with a former employee who worked there for four years. He told me he never received a raise the entire 4 years when the regulations at the time entitled min. wage workers a raise after 6 months."
