"The whole experience of hand on hand variety customers and employees. Most of all the incentive of hard work pays off. Also being able to think and use the ideas of my employee team to increase my store sales."

"I did not think it was fair to ask me to step down with a pay cut. Because they were loosing store and had no where to place me. Due to the fact I hard hard to get where I was all those years."

"Understand that your store is as strong as leader. Without a good leader you will see no profit."
