"The daily tasks were too repetitious for my liking."

What do you like about working at Chase?

"I enjoyed being a teller at Chase Bank, but I wanted a career change."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be personable and friendly. When in personal banking everything is about building longstanding, trusting relationships."

What don't you like about working at Chase?

"They pushed us to do too many sales, I love sales, but it is extremely rude to ask the same customers day in and day out to upgrade/change their accounts when they continuously state that they would prefer not to."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to take into consideration the location of each branch. Some of the locations have different traffic every day while others rarely see any new faces."
