"JP Morgan Chase is a great bank to work for. They are clearly the leader in the business when it comes to online banking, phone apps and in branch banking kiosks. As a former Army Officer, I found their corporate culture to be very professional. Clear structure and format for employees and possible career positons."

Working at Chase in Phoenix, AZ: 3 Employee Reviews

Debit Card Fraud Analyst

"Chase strikes out"

What do you like about working at Chase?

"Health insurance. Assisting the customers."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Ask questions. Tell them what they want to hear."

What don't you like about working at Chase?

"My particular department promoted people based on popularity versus real ability. My immediate supervisor had NO experience supervising so no leadership or communication skills were present. This person was known as the department 'rat.' This caused alienation among the staff. Additionally, my manager wanted me to spy on my co-workers and 'tell' on them. Others were solicited similarly. Obviously, NOT a nice place to work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get rid of the 'high school' mentality. How much life experience can an 18-23 year old have? Why would you have them supervise people with husbands/wives and children? Create and build teams that are aligned on a vision/goal. Inspire people, don't threaten them."

Escalation Manager

"I have worked for Chase back for about 5 years. I have advanced in my time with Chase. The benefits and pay are good."
