"Be sure to understand exactly what they will be expecting and what they will and will not train you to do."

"Lack of CNC training. It was a hard learning curve with little help, but I got the hang of it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More communication with the sales team. Often sales would put in orders with a lot of custom components that did not need to be custom, and the engineering department did not often have the appropriate time to complete the orders."
