"I've worked with this company for over a year and is now looking for another job to work for. I tell new workers this is a company to get your experience and to move on to bigger and better things. There is no raises, what so ever. I've encounter with people who have worked for the company over five years and only received a 25 cent raise. They expect you to do so much and take on many different titles but never give raises to back up those titles. I feel if the company would give yearly raises (at least) people would give more and be happy to work for the company. Instead after you been there and see how people get treated, you just feel used and as if you're at a dead end job. Again, this is a place for new workers who are fresh out of school to get their experience and to move on to bigger and better opportunities."
