"I worked at Chant for a little over a year. They have found a great market and are growing very quickly. The good: Cool work environment that exposes you to a lot of cool engineering technologies. Ability to really spend some time getting to understand a specific project. The Bad: Lots and lots of travel with little compensation for it. I was on the road about 3 days per week and I was paid salary. There wasn't really any additional compensation for the extra hours. While I was there I saw a lot of veteran employees get passed over for higher positions. The company would hire new managers rather than preparing their current leads to take on more responsibility."
