"The employee's were cool and they have great products. They prices were much, but I got a discount working, so I liked that when I got shoes."

"Make sure you understand what commission based jobs mean before you go. If you're not sure, ask somebody because its not easy."
What don't you like about working at Champs Sports?
"Commission based and stuff was very expensive and I didn't get hours. Commission based jobs are hard. Basically had to sell in order to get hours."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Help their employee's not feel so overwhelmed & give them a chance before you deduct their hours down to 3 hours a week."
