"Chameleon Chairs is a social events company, where we manufacture high-end chairs for sale and rentals through various partners. The business has declined by more than 75% since March, due to the Corona Virus and the dangers with having large groups of people together in small areas, so there is not enough to do in a full-time position. Most of the employees were furloughed in March. The workload is overseen by the Owner/CEO, who is very hands on, thus there is very little control in getting the job done without running every detail by this person. There is no room for growth in a small business like this, as there has been very minimal change to the revenue stream over the years. However, the compensation is generous based on my experience, that which I am grateful for."
