Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Unfortunately my experience was very negative, if you have no other options consider working for this company. They will be looking for a type A personality, unfortunately they will also play up the aggressive side of type A's as opposed to the competitive side. If you want the job make sure you mention you can handle stress well and think of examples (typical interview question since if is a high-stress environment). Although team-work is not actually encouraged it is supposed to be one of the core-values and it will be to your advantage to mention you are a team player and give specific examples."

What don't you like about working at C.H. Robinson Worldwide?

"The company did not offer any opportunities for career advancement. Work hours were horrible, they started with 7 AM to 5 PM with some mandatory Saturdays then changed to 7:30 AM to 5 PM with some mandatory Saturdays. The working environment was hostile. They have since been involved in a Class Action Lawsuit due to Labor Laws and Gender Discrimination, not sure how it has changed since then."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hopefully the situation has changed due to the Class Action Lawsuit."
