"I really enjoyed my position at Cessna. The group I worked with was very supportive and intelligent. Everyone that I supported cared about the quality of their product and their performance. I would go back in a heart beat."

What don't you like about working at Cessna Aircraft Co.?

"The only thing I could say was a negative was some of the buildings not being temperature controlled. The building I was in the roof leaked when it rained and it was very hot in the summer and cold in the winter."

"My management was great!. For others I would say listen to the workers they are the first line of defence and can at times be more aware then the management."
