"Feeling like I fell through the cracks; does anyone outside my immediate area know I exist, do I have any control over my future Seems like a no. Adrift. Feel like odd man out socially."

"Be less dictatorial, listen to others better, understand that relationships inside the company as well as between us and our vendors is a two way street."

"Cessna Aircraft is owned by Textron who made some good changes but others were made not to benefit Cessna at least not drirectly and one had a negative impact for almost a year."

"Manufacturing is the backbone of the American Economy. Keep Cessna in Wichita Kansas and bring back what has been outsourced to other countries."
