"Tell them what they want to hear. They like it when you patronize them."

"Bosses can be abusive. Tools can be scarce. Most jobs this company gets seems to be the leftover nasty dirty jobs that nobody else wants."

"Get off the friends and family plan. Sometimes good deserving workers are overlooked to accomodate friends and family."

"Be confident, and capable of passing a weld test. No real interviewing occurs just a test."

"The location and working conditions were less than favorable and there was a lack of communication between the crew."
