"Working with the residents and seeing when I put a smile on their face, that I have made their day a little brighter."

"The fact that the other CNA's/CMA's didn't care about the residents. How they would sit in the office while the pager was going off and expect the new people to break their backs because no one wanted to help."

"Trust the new people when they say they are alone on the floor."

"Not all the CNA's were team players which made shift change more difficult."

"To have the Staff work as a team instead of a one man show. Teams are more effective and make the envoronment more enjoyable."

"Not enough staff for sooo many patients. Especially number of nurses and nurse aides to patients ratio."

"Hire more nurses and nurse aides so there aren't 8-13 patients per nurse aide"
