"I don't like that its very hard to move from part time to full time hours and they aren't easy to work with."

"Even though the administration doesn't offer any incentives. (not even aises) The staff, for the most part, exhibits team work throughout the whole hospital."

"To be willing to start on the night shift, or per diem."

"Theres not a lot of communication. When meetings do result in communication, nothing actually changes."

"I'd listen more and try and not go back on what I have said before."

"You're coworkers are willing to help. Other than that, its sucks"

"If you need the experience then yes... come here, BUT remember to get in and get out. Don't stay here unless you have nothing else going for you."

"Extreme budget cuts! There's always a shortage of supplies! Always have to wait for things to be restocked!!"

"I wouldn't talk to the employees like they we're my servants."

"I felt like I was not appreciated for my skills. And a bit overworked"

"Create a more creative environment and allow workers to have more say in policy."

"Nothing. I was able to call myself employed in this econonmy.. Thats about it."

"There are so many other homecare agencies out there, I highly suggest you look at them. Unless this one becomes under the direction and ownership of their corporate offices its not worth your time and hard work."
What don't you like about working at Careminders Home Care?
"They will cut corners, skirt rules and regs all for their bottom line. Forget getting rewarded for ANY good work you do. Count yourself lucky if they pay you ontime! Dept of Labor is currently investigating."

"Take it over from the uneducated in the office! This is a franchise and if corporate is smart, they would take it over and replace everyone."

"This job is awesome. Take care of the older generation. You may still learn from them."

"Not having enough staff to effectively work the shift properly."

"Hire people before you fire people to make sure the patients care comes first."
What do you like about working at Collective Home Care?
"I do not have to go to the office all that much. I only hear from them when they change my schedule."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Run for the hills! They completely snow job you until you are hired. It is pretty bad when you have to ask for your own reviews."
What don't you like about working at Collective Home Care?
"The office personnel have no clue as to how things work in the field. The scheduler does not know how to handle the job. The director only deals with who she wants to. When there is a problem with a client I just work it out for myself because the Director just pacifies me and does nothing about the problem (unless one of her pets has the same problem with the same client). Collective is a very unorganized and unpleasant place to work and I would not recommend anyone to work there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would start by replacing the scheduler with someone who can work well under pressure. Second I would get rid of the Director she treats people who are not in her circle like dirt and the ones in her circle like great friends."
What do you like about working at Brookdale Senior Living?
"There is nothing at the moment -- none that I can think of."

"Make sure you have good time management skills to get the job done."

"There is too much stress -- having too many things to do with not a lot of time."

"I am not sure about what I would do differently."

"Yes, I do. Do not believe what you are told in the interview."

"The corporation did not supply us with the needed equipment to properly care for the clients."

"Management during the day is over whelming usually you find most managers standing around talking to each other about something besides work."

"Working with the residents I had grown close to. My Co workers were nice"

"Don't waste your time because this company proved to me that they will lie and scandal against any employee."
What don't you like about working at Sava Senior Healthcare?
"I had to have emergency knee surgery and was supposed to return to work in 1 month. They terminated me and my insurance the day before the surgery."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management needs to be replaced with people that actually care about their employees. Needs to quit being scandalous and treat employees with respect."
What do you like about working at Tahlequah City Hospital?
"Most the fellow employees are super nice and the physicians are very knowledgable"

"Try a different place 1st. Stilwell hospital pays more then tahlequah city does"

"The directors/administrators are out of touch with their employees, and treat them according so."

"Work to understand your employees better and stop hiring relatives!"
