"I work exclusively on one of the largest clients and love my client and the people that I deal with at the client. They have good medical benefits."

"Look somewhere else. I suppose it would be ok for someone who has little work experience."
What don't you like about working at Marsh USA?
"Micromanagement, no raises in 3 yrs, bonus structure makes it extremely difficult to obtain a bonus. Little regard for the employees. Attendance is on a rolling year and you cannot use your sick leave without being written up. Last year I used my vacation time instead of sick time, but you have to come to work (if at all possible) schedule a few days off and then leave after 4 hrs. work so that it does not count against you. Counter productive on many levels. Frequent turn over of staff due to the above."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If they are not going to give raises, they should make the bonus structure, so that is can be obtained by at least 50-75% of the employees. My guess is that it sets somewhere around 25-30% right now. Structure changes every year and sometimes during the course of the year. Make the sick leave policy so that you can actually use the leave without being written up and penalized."
