I would recommend the company to others both as an employer and as a VAR. It's a reasonably well run organization with a solid plan for future growth."

"Leadership is unwilling to invest to support growth, they are content with status quo. This is causing very good talent to walk out the door! Customer service is suffering, customers are leaving. The apprentice program isn't working, inside sales group is not producing results. Cerium seems to be hanging onto the past which is a major factor in preventing their growth."
