"I took this job because the hiring manager was great. He was easy to work with and I always got the feeling that he was working with me as a partnership. Unfortunately he was laid off after about 3 years and it went down hill from there. I ended up following him to a new position at another company. Ceridian overall was a good company to work for. Good benefits, good work life balance, good people."

"I receive little support for my division, as we are not the mainstream revenue flow for the company."

"Provide training and growth opportunties for the employees. Pay attention to work/life balance, as to many times employees are asked to give up free time with nothing in return."
