"I strongly believe in the mission of our company. When I started almost 20 months ago, we were the industry leader in tier 1 and tier 2 public safety software solutions. Shortly after I started, the company merged with our 2 biggest competitors and have had various acquisitions since. We grew from around 700 employees to over 2,000. There is a lot of room for growth, but the size of the company has made it easy for talent to go unnoticed and hard to coordinate all of the newly acquired moving parts."
