"The company does not respect it's developers to the point that it underpays market rate for their positions, as well as not fostering and encouraging growth from within. It is a mess when it comes to the organizational structure of who decides what will be worked on, both with roadmap and with maintenance."

"I strongly believe in the mission of our company. When I started almost 20 months ago, we were the industry leader in tier 1 and tier 2 public safety software solutions. Shortly after I started, the company merged with our 2 biggest competitors and have had various acquisitions since. We grew from around 700 employees to over 2,000. There is a lot of room for growth, but the size of the company has made it easy for talent to go unnoticed and hard to coordinate all of the newly acquired moving parts."

While the environment was great, the overall company structure did not was not quite stable as leadership structure at the top level shifted quite often, with effects of that trickling down into the smaller offices and leaving questions about the stability of the company."
