What don't you like about working at Central Transport?
"At the time I was there, it was a very old school style of management, was not keeping up with current technology, and very demanding hours with 6 day work weeks being the norm, sometimes having to go in 7 days a week. Also, ebing a self insured company, it was tough to find medical providers to accept the insurance without demanding payment in full at time of service and many routine items were not covered (Ex well child visits, vaccinations, etc)."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"A lot has changed since my departure, but at the time they were almost technofobic, and the hard personnel management style made talent hard to attract, and even harder to retain."
