"I love the fact that I get to work on diverse projects, where I manage and lead the process from beginning to end."

"I recommend that you research the department culture and the hiring manager so you are faced with fewer surprises. This company is in a league of its own and the things people get away with at Celgene would never fly anywhere else. Also please note that you will not get any help or support from HR."

What don't you like about working at Celgene?

"It allows people in obscure roles to wield power over others in arbitrary ways due to their leangth of employment. This leads to inefficiencies, and waste of resources."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would recommend that they bring in an outside company to audit all the departments, to give you better insight on the daily operations of each unit."

What do you like about working at Celgene?

"I enjoyed the people that I worked close with, and the learning experience working in a pharmaceutical company."

"Each management team are different, work directly with the engineers."

"It became difficult working with different departments, they replaced the management every few months."

"The management should include all new employees training on their products for the company."

"The department was unorganized and the management was inexperience working with people."

"They should be setup with in house training for their IT department."

"My coworkers and my stock. I also like living in Kansas."

"I would ask what the review structure is, opportunity for advancements, management style of the boss, how goals are evaluated."

What don't you like about working at Celgene?

"No telecommuting, no flex time. Ever. I asked once when leading a discussion after gathering team questions, and my boss asked who wanted to do that, as if someone needed to be reprimanded for asking."

"I would have flex time and work from home opportunities."

"I like my paycheck, stock, coworkers, product. I like the r and d pipeline."

"I would tell them that they should ask their boss' management style, how reviews are performed and how goals are set."

"I feel like a cog in the machine. Everything is top down."

"I would allow flextime and telecommuniting to save on gas and to provide work life balance."
