"I have worked for CDW for over a year. It is a great place to work, wonderful people, great work environment. You do have to work hard but if you put your heart into your job you will be rewarded. Like many things in life you get out what you put in. The pay scale could be better, however with the right client base you will do just fine. It can be rough in the beginning but if you stick with it you will start to see the money coming in."

They were used to people just scanning boxes and you can't run a department with supervisors that have no clue."

"Educated yourselves on how to manage a diverse staff. Learn that consistancy is key to motivating the staff."

"The compensation and goal structure is a bit skewed but overall it is a good company to work for there just are some things that could always be better."
