"This is a great place for a temporary transition, but leave fast!"

What do you like about working at CDS Global?

"No true dress code, not overly formal. Eating at my desk. Complete control over the director's computer without his knowledge. That's about it."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"There is no career growth, benefits are simply health and dental (currently no vision). Pay is salary, unless you're willing to learn how to sell outdated and unsecure products. 401k is not matched. Expect your tenure there to be a short-lived stepping stone to something better."

What don't you like about working at CDS Global?

"No career mobility, no accountability for mistakes by superiors. Legacy employee favortism."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Learn how to run an office, understand you have to make the decision to be in charge and not be told to."
