"A true BATE AND SWITCH position. The woman who hired me was so nice in the beginning & truly made me believe the company had it all together. Boy was I wrong. THE WORK LOAD THEY GIVE YOU FOR 23$ IN NY IS DISGUSTING. They monitor your every move, play favorites, LISTEN TO YOUR CALLS AND QUESTION YOU ABOUT IT. The building is so old and unkept and actually DIRTY- they worry about the dress code more than how the staff feels.. and the HR lady is beyond unprofessional. If you want to get tortured from 9-5:30 apply here. If you're too nice to the clients you get reprimanded, if you dial it back you get reprimanded. And the upper management pretends to be friendly but they are a bunch of skeevy, dirty looking people who think their business is the only one in the area. The training & learning process is so in depth too. If you want people to succeed, don't drown them with work & start changing the work flow and metrics in the first few months. This is supposed to be a nice place to work, and it is anything but that. Sad but true."
