"Great company to work for work/life balance. You are exposed to so much during your first year, so there is plenty of growth opportunities. The only issue I have is the location. Solvang is a super small town and it is hard for young professionals to have a social life. There is not much to do, but I would definitely recommend it to someone who has settled down and is ready to have a family."
