"The work itself is not difficult, nor is it really a stressful job. They'll take anyone off of the street with no experience. However, they will not train properly and the "good old boys" club is very strong at all levels. The sites and operations manager does not communicate well and are often arguing over the phone. There's no incentive to excel other than to be ridiculed by those who have been with the company longer and have solidified their place."
