"Well, the company I have worked for the last six years is now growing, it has grown 300% in the last six years and has been in business for 13. So it has consistently grown just about every year, even considering where the economy had been over the years. They are a small company who cares about their employees and have implemented a retirement plan and are exploring the best options for health care. I have to say that has all come recently and I was unsure if it were ever going to happen, since this has happened my stock in this company has risen 10 fold."
