"The people skills of the site managers are extremely important, I think you need to be familiar with the business before you try to manage it."

"Be careful, things aren't always the way they tell you they are. remember you will be on call 24/7, 365 and there will not be any back-ups. So, no going to dinner, movies, parties, lake trips, etc... They will control you 100%."

"Understaffed, no respect, underpaid."

"There was a lot of politics and the commercial real estate business (property management, facilities management, operations & maintenance) is a very low margin business."

"None, except continue to keep their cost down without sacrificing the loss of valuable experienced people."
