Assistant Manager

"At Cato Fashions the customers were the best part of the job. We have strong team players that are always ready to help a customer or co-worker anytime there was a need. A typical day at work, counting both registers, taking deposit to the bank, 100% customer service, customers come first because they are our priority. Making sure the store looks good, nice, and neat. I learned working as a team is very important in order to accomplish goals, for example, with the help of a co-worker, we both get the store in order and in place. I also learned that communication is very important. I learned not to be as shy and to communicate with the co-workers as well as customers of course. My co-workers were all very nice and polite. I enjoyed the time I worked with them. they made the working environment fun and enjoyable."
