Catholic Hospice Employee

"There are so many challenges we have faced in the last year. CHI has done its best to take care of its employee starting with PPE, self care activities, weekly check in's, and compensation. The philosophy is built around delivering patient centered care with the patient and their loved ones interest at the heart of what we do! Excellent leadership!"

Catholic Hospice Employee

"Worst management. Organizational culture is cold, frigid, and excluding. Long-term employees have survived the test of time only because they do not have to deal with the unprofessional behavior of senior management. Huge employee turnover speaks for itself. Workplace bullying. Company management uses Exclusion ploys to intimidate employees that they want to get rid of. Workplace intimidation subtle, but with purpose. This company would NOT survive in a different state that protects its employees. The one thing this organization did right was to establish itself in Florida - an "at-will" state that pretty much allows the employer to do and treat their employees as they see fit."
