"I was unhappy with receiving no training, an unstable work environment, there was no established set of rules and regulations, no consistency of daily activities, and unnecessary verbal abuse by the property's members of board of directors as well as residents in general."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that management have a clear vision of employee rights and responsibilities. Proper training of new employees is necessary to get the job done right."
