"Extreme lack of leadership and professionalism; company is disrespectful to their employees; very very low morale; high turnover of employees; it is a continuous revolving door; management belittles their employees and talks about the employees behind their backs among other problems ."

"Respect your employees as they are the ones that make the company look good."

"I enjoy the atmosphere, the energy of the guests, and helping guests enjoy their experience."

"The number one thing I would tell a prospective candidate is to be energetic outgoing. This position requires a lot of guest interaction and those two qualities are important."

"The only negative I can think of is that I am only working part-time and I would like a full-time job."

"I believe that the best way to utilize the arena staff would be to try to be consistent in the assignment of positions. As a staff member becomes more comfortable with a position, they can offer more beneficial help to the guests."
